Quotex Review 2025
Why Trade With Quotex?
"Quotex is perfect for binary traders seeking short-term trades on global markets, offering payouts up to 95%. The platform is frequently updated, offers daily trading signals, and is intuitive for new users."
Detailed Ratings
Quick Facts
Pros
- The web platform and app are user-friendly, featuring a clean design and easy order execution based on our tests. They offer multiple indicators and built-in trading signals, suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.
- Quotex allows trading with a minimum of $10, suitable for beginners and testing the platform with low risk. Withdrawals also start at $10, providing easy fund access.
- A free demo account with $10,000 in virtual funds allows new traders to practice strategies and test the platform without risking real money. It's a great tool for beginners to gain experience.
Cons
- Customer service is available only through email and social media, which may result in slow response times. Competitors like Videforex offer 24/7 live chat and phone support, allowing for quicker assistance with technical or withdrawal issues.
- Quotex has limited market analysis tools and does not provide real-time financial news, economic calendars, or detailed research reports. It also lacks educational resources like courses, webinars, and expert insights, making it less suitable for beginners.
- Quotex is an offshore broker in a jurisdiction with loose regulations. It lacks the investor protection, dispute resolution, and fund security offered by regulated brokers, making it riskier.
Regulation & Trust
Quotex is a legitimate broker, but the lack of regulation is a concern.
The Financial Market Relations Regulation Center (IFMRRC) initially licensed it in 2020, but that registration expired in 2021, which raises questions about its credibility.
Since the company was founded in 2019, its short history has also influenced our trust in it.
That said, Quotex has a solid reputation and takes steps to keep trading safe.
It uses SSL encryption to protect data, and the login process requires both a password and an email PIN code, adding an extra layer of security.

Accounts & Banking
Live Account
Quotex makes it easy to get started with a simple live account and a quick registration process, even allowing sign-up through Google.
You can start trading within minutes, which is really convenient.
The $10 minimum deposit is great for beginners, and you can choose between USD, EUR, or GBP, making it accessible to traders worldwide.
That said, the lack of account options is a drawback.
Unlike IQCent, which offers four account tiers with better payout options for larger deposits, Quotex sticks to just one.
While the simplicity is nice, I wish higher deposits had more benefits.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Funding a Quotex account is really simple, with options like debit card, credit card, crypto, and e-wallets.
One of the best parts is that there are no deposit or withdrawal fees, which saves me money compared to platforms like GC Option that charge up to 4.5% for card withdrawals.
While withdrawals can take up to three days, Quotex aims for same-day processing, making the experience smoother.
Welcome Bonus
When I opened my Quotex account, I got a 30% bonus for depositing at least $100.
I also notice occasional promotions in the ‘Market’ section, adding extra incentives.
However, these trading bonuses come with conditions.
To withdraw funds, you need to trade 100 times the bonus amount.
For example, if I deposit $200 and get a $60 bonus, I must reach $6,000 in trades before withdrawing.
It’s a nice perk, but the requirements make it tricky.
Demo Account
Quotex offers a free demo account with $10,000 in virtual funds, a great way to practice digital options and explore the platform.
However, some competitors, like Pocket Option, provide a much higher $50,000 in virtual funds.
On the plus side, signing up is effortless.
I just clicked ‘open demo account’ on the homepage, and I was ready to start trading instantly.
Accounts & Banking Details

Assets & Markets
Quotex gives over 400 assets, making it easy to trade forex, stocks, indices, commodities, and crypto all in one place.
Compared to platforms like IQCent, which offer fewer options, this variety keeps trading opportunities open.
You can speculate on major US stocks like Microsoft and Pfizer, trade over 20 currency pairs, including EUR/USD and USD/JPY, and follow more than 10 indices like the S&P 500 and FTSE 100.
There are also opportunities in commodities, from gold and silver to oil, along with popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
That said, the crypto selection is limited, with only four options available. If you are looking to trade newer or more niche tokens, you’d probably need to explore other platforms.
Payouts
Quotex promises returns of up to 98%, which means that if you place a winning $1,000 trade, you could make a $980 profit.
However, if the trade goes against you, you lose your entire stake.
Payouts depend on the asset and market conditions, with more volatile options like cryptocurrencies usually offering lower returns.
When we compare payouts across different platforms, Quotex holds its own, but we sometimes notice lower returns, especially in currency pairs and indices.

Fees & Costs
Quotex is a budget-friendly trading platform.
There are no deposits fees, no withdrawal fees, and no inactivity fees, and you don’t have to worry about spreads or commissions when placing trades.
With a low minimum trade of just $1, it’s easy to get started.
Instead of charging traditional fees, Quotex profits from losing trades.

Platforms & Tools
I like how clean and user-friendly Quotex feels.
The interactive charts, user tutorials, and account analytics make it an excellent platform for beginners who want a simple trading experience.
However, it lacks advanced features that more experienced traders might expect from platforms like MetaTrader 5.
The interface is intuitive, with an easy-to-navigate side menu and built-in support that you can hide or expand as needed.
Customization is a bit limited, though—I can only open one chart at a time, which makes switching between assets for multiple short-term trades a bit tricky.

Quotex’s platform is user-friendly but lacks advanced features for seasoned traders
Quotex gives four chart types and 14 timeframes for charting, which work well for short-term trading.
With 29 indicators, including RSI and Stochastic Oscillator, it competes with platforms like Pocket Option but doesn’t offer the depth of third-party tools like TradingView.
Even though the platform doesn’t have many extra features, I appreciate the minor enhancements that make trading more engaging.
You can track your performance with account analytics, check out the leaderboard to see top daily earners, and even join tournaments with entry fees ranging from $0 to $10, where prize pools go up to $5,000.
Trading on Quotex is straightforward. You pick an asset, check the potential returns of up to 98% per trade, set your expiration time from 5 seconds to 4 hours, decide your investment amount, and click ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ to predict price movement.
I also like that Quotex has a mobile app on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
It includes all the desktop features to manage accounts and trade.
The app is well-designed for mobile, and you can switch between light and dark mode for a more comfortable experience.

Research
Quotex is lacking when it comes to market research tools.
Unlike some competitors, notably Deriv, which offer weekly reports with analyst insights and market commentary, Quotex doesn’t provide much in this area.
On the positive side, Quotex does offer helpful daily trading signals.
These recommendations highlight potential trading opportunities, suggesting whether to go high or low and the recommended trade duration.
If you want a more hands-off approach, these signals can be useful, though they don’t guarantee profits.
One thing I’ve learned is to act quickly when using the signals, as quotes can change within 10 minutes, which can impact the trade results.
Education
Quotex does a solid job with the basics, like setting up accounts, making deposits, and downloading the app.
Its blog also keeps you updated on these things regularly.

The ‘QX Academy’ covers the basics well but could benefit from more advanced content
However, the education content in the ‘QX Academy‘ could be more in-depth on more advanced topics like strategies and indicators.
For example, Quotex offers less education than CloseOption, which has a detailed knowledge base with tutorials and strategy guides.
Customer Support
Quotex’s customer support could be improved, mainly because it doesn’t offer live chat.
Instead, there’s an in-platform contact form and FAQs.
I tested the contact form a few times, and while the replies came pretty quickly—usually within 20 to 40 minutes—they were often quite generic and not as helpful as I expected.
In comparison, Videforex stands out with 24/7 video chat support, which is a massive plus for traders who need immediate assistance.
Should You Trade With Quotex?
Quotex is a solid choice for short-term binary options.
The web platform offers a smooth experience, especially for beginners, as it’s easy to learn and allows trading in just a few simple steps.
Compared to other platforms, it stands out with a low minimum deposit of $10 and a minimum stake of $1, making it ideal for traders on a budget.
