PU Prime Withdrawals

With a verified account, withdrawing money from PU Prime is fast, and the broker usually does not charge a handling fee. We tested the process ourselves by funding a live account and completing a full withdrawal.

You can request withdrawals through the Client Portal or the PU Prime app, but not from the trading terminal. The finance team reviews each request within 24 hours, and most are approved the same business day if you submit during working hours. After that, the withdrawal speed depends on the method you choose.

Withdrawal Methods, Times, And Fees

PU Prime offers about 15 withdrawal options, similar to its deposit methods, though there are some regional differences. Here is what we found with the main options:

There are a few rules that affected our withdrawals and will apply to yours as well:

  • The minimum withdrawal is $40 or the equivalent in your currency. For your first international bank transfer each month, the minimum is $50 since the $20 bank fee is waived. If you make a second bank transfer in the same month, the minimum is $70, so that $50 still arrives after the fee is deducted.
  • You can only withdraw up to the amount you originally deposited by card. Any profits above that must be withdrawn using another method, like a bank transfer or crypto. This is a standard anti-money-laundering rule, not something unique to PU Prime.
  • The name on your withdrawal method must match the name on your trading account, and you must complete KYC before any withdrawal is approved.
  • There is no maximum withdrawal limit, as long as the amount is within your available balance and free margin.

How To Withdraw From PU Prime

This is the exact route we used:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal or open the PU Prime app and tap Funds.
  2. Select Withdrawal and choose the trading account you want to pull from.
  3. Enter the amount, or hit Max to clear the full free balance, then continue.
  4. Pick your payout method from the list shown for your region.
  5. Confirm the details (including your crypto wallet address), then enter the verification code in the email.
  6. Track progress under Funds > Transaction History.

Requesting a withdrawal from PU Prime

From our experience, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals were much faster than bank transfers. If you care about speed, it is best to set up an e-wallet or a TRC20 wallet in advance.

Withdrawal delays will occur due to incomplete verification or a name mismatch on the payment method. Completing KYC in advance helps avoid these common issues.
